Blue Galactic Eagle - Eagle/MEN, Galactic Tone 8

Thoughts on the significance of the solstice eclipse…

According to Jose's Arguelles latest inspiration (http://www.lawoftime.org/pdfs/GalacticDensitySpiral2012.pdf) about a current 7 cycles of 113 and 114 days in alignment with the Mayan prophecy - the theme of the first 113 days (from Oct 22, 2010, and culminating on Feb 11, 2011) is "Lord of the Dawn Arises". My interpretation of that is 'makes an appearance' or 'makes itself known'. (The second 113 cycle theme is 'sets into motion' - my interpretation - based on awareness of new information, something new is set into motion.) I also believe that nothing is necessarily a one-day event (though a big event may happen on a specific date, it is part of a stream of events that bring about a change.

Given the wikileaks reveals, plus numerous reveals during this particular 113 days - new information is coming into awareness - not all in the course of one day, but within the 113 timeframe. (Some interesting reveals, including global acknowledgement of the potential of aliens by the pope, the appearance of UFOs in China that halted air travel.)

Seismic activity is known to peak during eclipse points. Another interesting concept about our solar activations (photon exposure) , is that an eclipse marks the end of a photon exposure cycle. (I'm reminded of the movie Contact where Jodie Foster thinks the signal has stopped - thought it is just a pause between transmissions of the series of prime numbers - before it starts over again.) Given the pause of 72 minutes (a sacred number) during the eclipse, a new series/pattern of photon activation will emerge after this 72 minute pause. (Bonnie Gaunt's "Beginnings, the Sacred Design" puts math to the dimensions of the sun, moon and earth, and the distances between these bodies that make perfect eclipse possible. (Also, it would take 720 moons side by side (perfectly) to fill the entire orbital path of the moon around the earth. And, the largest number that can be perfectly divisible into the diameter of the sun, diameter of the moon, or diameter of the earth is 720. The 72 minutes of this eclipse, is a significant - and a sacred number.

Given that the 'launching of spaceship earth' is scheduled in 2013 – beyond the December 12, 2012 date – life appears to goes on to allow for our evolution/knowledge to be shared among the people for an opportunity for all to evolve from this new set of circumstances to be part of the conscious transcendance. In this scenario, the 'meek' that inherit the earth could be those who have been pegged/and misunderstood as the conspiracy theory crazies who will be ultimately acknowledged as holding the real knowledge of TRUTH.

Also some interesting facts on www.spaceweather.com - 1) last time we had eclipse on solstice was 1638, 2) our stratosphere is now the clearest it's been in a couple of decades - which is significant due to the amount of sunshine will be let in to warm the earth, (I'm also considering Geoff Stray's description of how our pineal gland may be the center of our ability to see into other dimensions, and is sensitive to photon exposure.) and 3) Dragon storm reported on Saturn.

To every time there is a purpose...

“The Mayans believed that each day has a spiritual purpose and intent. When you align your acitivites and intentions to the energies of the day, you should find it easier to accopmplish your goals.” from The Daily Tzolkin

The Maya believed that everyone has a purpose and destiny. Most disagreements with the idea of a preconceived destiny are based on the idea that a destiny denotes a specific outcome of circumstances in the physical world. Instead, the Mayan Calendar speaks of a destiny and purpose of the Spirit.

A personal destiny oracle not only defines destiny and purpose, but also offers insights on where you may feel challenged, where you need to grow, how to find supporting energy, and who you will find to be your best role models. The calendar offers insight on the activities and goals that are destined to succeed on specific days. There are no predicted outcomes, only the Spirit of the experiences is suggested.

They call it the ‘calendar of synchronicities’ because it is experienced as a feeling of reading your own story. At first, the ah-ha’s seem amazing and magical; and, over time - though, still magical – it becomes evident that there is a divine order and purpose to every moment of our universal experience.

Our universal challenge and purpose…

to recognize that we are ALL part of the ONE. The moment we remember that we are "all in this together" we will never be the same. How different would life be if you REALLY realized that every harm done to another was a harm done to yourself? And, what if you experienced every joy offered to another was a joy to yourself? Only a thin veil challenges us to remember what we already know to be true – in it’s fullness.

Why is it sometimes so difficult to see the simple evidence of how lessons of our destiny and purpose have been handed down through history…

Of our true one-ness.

‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.' Matthew 25:40

"you are the body of Christ," 1 Cor 12:27

And a divine design – where the order of the universe is based on a precise flow of time…

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” Ecclesiastes 3
Every indigenous tribe on the planet, observed this 13 moon calendar - as the sacred flow of time. The Gregorian Calendar was enforced to promote commerce - and now that is what we have, and we have forgotten our inherent connection to the 13 month calendar... an illusive disconnect and forgetting that is only remembered by following the days of the calendar as reflected in ALL of nature.

Significance of the Mayan Calendar

Several friends have recently asked me about the significance of being a Mayan Daykeeper and tracking each day on the Mayan Calendar. I was visiting a fellow-daykeeper's website today and she put the answer so beautifully - nothing else seemed as worthy an answer.

The Cosmic significance of the Mayan Calendar has been revealed. You can discover, as I have, the incredible prophetic wisdom contained within the patterns of history.

How expansive our world view would become if we knew even to a small degree what these ancient peoples knew. They celebrated every day of their life because of what they knew of the ever evolving Divine cycles of creation. There was no polarity between science and spirituality.

All aspects and intentions of the Divine plan of creation were recorded on their calendar stones as a count of days. All life was measured in its entirety, past, present, future were part of a sacred "Oneness", part of the continuing of a great cycle that one day would come to completion.

According to their Tun calendar there are 9 cycles of creation, Carl Calleman calls them underworlds in his book, " The Mayan Calendar and the Transformation of Consciousness," beginning with the "Big Bang" and ending in 2012.

Within each cycle, creation has been accelerating and as we find ourselves now in the 8th cycle, we are provided with even more tools to light our way as our consciousness continues to evolve. For many of us, our lives have been touched with a profound sense of awe at the wonders of our world. We've been guided to accept nothing less than what we know in our hearts to be the truth.

We have seen the power of our own thoughts manifesting all that's good, and pure and beneficial. We have experienced the joy that comes from gratitude and how that can heal and make whole whatever trauma we've had in the past or may find ourselves in right now.

To be aware there is a Divine plan gives us the amazing grace found in all the lessons of life. It fills us with infinite peace and patience. We are not victims in this life but participants with choices at every turn. We spend our energy wisely or unwisely based on those decisions-depending on "what we choose to pay attention to."

Bothel Country Village Gypsy Days

I enjoyed meeting new friends at the Gypsy Day event at the Bothel Country Village on August 21, 2010. Interestingly - yesterday was Mayan Calendar day of 5 Eagle/Men - a day to look at the big picture. Sharing such a beautiful day with so many new friends was a sweet way to experience the connection of the greater whole.

A Special Thank You to Dena Marie for making it possible for all of us to come together!

9 Wind/IK

Greetings on this day of 9 Wind/IK,
The completion and fullness of action is the energy of 9, the sacred 3-3-3. Daykeeper Wind/Ik is the breath of life, breath of Spirit. As it is spoken - as we put our longings and dreams into words carried by our breath - so it is.

Today, BE 9 Wind/IK - don't labor over the hardships of life, nor the challenges of the day - but, send your prayers out as the Wind, speak what you WOULD have BE SO. And, so it will be.

During such a time of chaos, I know I can always return here. I only have to draw within for a moment, to find that universe where everything is whole, where we are One, and all feeling of separation are finally over. Within us all, the simple single longing is for Love and Connection... such dreams are sacred and honorable to ASK FOR. All we have to do is ASK... and keep our eyes upon the goal, leaving sorrow behind - IMAGINE. Imagine the world as you would have it for the highest good of all.

For your consideration I have posted the following video as a reminder of who we are, and the power that is our birthright.

Love in a Recipe - Mom's Chocolate Sheet Cake

One of the things I love about my Mom, is that everyone who enters the door is offered something wonderful from her kitchen - this is my favorite thing. This is seriously one of the best recipes in my entire collection - the fastest and BEST chocolate cake you will ever lay hands on. You just can't screw this up!

Mom's Chocolate Sheet Cake

The Cake...
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 Stick Butter
5 Tablespoons Hershey's Cocoa
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Soda
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Oil

First - preheat the oven to 400 degrees (that is not a typo).
Get a big sauce pan, you are going to mix the batter in there. Melt the butter with the oil, water, and cocoa and bring to a boil. Take off the stove immediately, and add all the dry ingredients, EXCEPT THE SODA. Dissolve the soda in the 1/2 Cup of Buttermilk, then add this, the eggs, and vanilla and mix till smooth. Pour batter into a sheet cake pan - those big pans that are a little deeper than a cookie sheet. (I line mine with parchment paper, or grease and dust it with flour.) Bake for 20 minutes ONLY, or until it springs back.

The frosting...
You are going to use the same saucepan, so rinse and start over for the frosting. This doesn't take long, and you pour it over the cake while it is still hot - only 5 minutes out of the oven... so I usually start this about 5 minutes BEFORE the cake is done.

1 Stick Butter
5 Tablespoons Hershey's Cocoa
1/3 Cup Buttermilk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Box (2 1/2 Cups) Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup chopped pecans (optional)

Melt the butter with the cocoa til well dissolved. Add the buttermilk and vanilla - mix. Add the powdered sugar and keep this on a low burner... just to keep it from setting while you are mixing. By now, your cake should be out of the oven - add the nuts if you want them in the frosting - then pour this over the cake. (The frosting sets up like a homemade MMMMM fudge and holds all the moisture in the cake... will stay moist for days like that.)

OMG - Never baked this for ANYONE that they didn't go ape over it. You can leave out the cinnamon, though just a tad is unrecognizable - just "something" good people can't quite put their finger on. TRY IT.

I'm packing boxes for my move, and just couldn't bear the thought of not being able to find this recipe that I love so much. Hope you enjoy it. AND THANK YOU MOM!
